Return policy

Conditions to accept product exchange:
 

​All returns must be processed through our Customer Service Representative through our communication channels. The returned product or products must be unaltered and in its original container/packaging.

The customer must indicate the number of the corresponding purchase invoice and clearly and in detail indicate the reason for the return.

No product return will be accepted that has not been invoiced directly by GRUPO VITACORP SAS to the Client who is requesting the return.

In the following cases, a product change will be made:

- Damaged product: Applies to products that are delivered to the customer partially or completely damaged. Refunds for this concept are received within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the merchandise.

Returns due to damage or lack of merchandise will only be recognized if the recipient states this on the shipment, shipment and/or invoice at the time of signing receipt of the merchandise.

- Late delivery or closed purchase order: Applies when the merchandise is delivered after the date required by the customer. Refunds for this concept are received within a maximum of 5 business days after the merchandise is delivered.

In the following cases, a refund will be made:

- Unsolicited product: Applies to products that are not included in the customer's purchase order. Refunds for this concept are received within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the merchandise.

- Non-compliant product due to quality: Applies when the product does not comply with the quality specifications informed to the client during its coding. It is settled at the net price at which it was originally invoiced.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

- Altered or fraudulent product.

- Damaged products, broken seals, destroyed labels, damage caused by fire, smoke, water, adhesives or seals other than the original product, signs or markings on the label and interior of the product, incomplete and other factors generated by the manipulation or use of the customer.

- Product with damaged or partially used packaging, or with the packaging or case open, or with the safety tape or lid altered.
